In 2017, we officially launched the John Masters Organics brand in Hong Kong by generating brand awareness and driving traffic to their new store in Times Square and pop-ups in ifc Mall and Harbour City. In addition to an ongoing press office effort, we organised events for media, bloggers and influencers to spread the John Masters Organics story, such as the in-store Shampoo Swap event that highlighted the brand’s eco-friendly approach. We also activated creative gifting activities to seed products to media, bloggers and influencers during key gifting seasons. For social media, we arranged beautiful Christmas gift set photography and introduced John Masters Organics to other brands in Hong Kong to explore potential partnership opportunities.
